Returns
Return requests caused by personal reasons are not supported, including size mismatch, color difference, personal dislike and shopping regret. But for objective abnormal situations such as parcel lost in transit, product damaged on arrival or incorrect items delivered, relevant after-sales solutions can be negotiated with our customer service.

Refunds
Personal refund applications will not be approved. Refund solution is only negotiable for the delivery problems mentioned above.

Sale Items
Discounted products, promotional goods and final sale items are non-refundable. Please confirm detailed information before purchase.

Exchanges

Gift Orders

Shipping
All goods in our store enjoy free shipping service. As we fully bear the original shipping cost, return shipping arrangement and freight refund requests are not applicable.
